In today's rapidly evolving world, the need for a holistic approach to mental health has become more critical than ever before. Seminar like Psycho-Harmony 2025: Expanding Mental Health Horizons Through Interdisciplinary Insights stems from the growing recognition that mental health issues are no longer confined to the domain of psychology alone. In today’s complex world, the intersections between mental health and other disciplines—such as medicine, neuroscience, sociology, education, and technology—have become increasingly apparent. Issues like the rise of digital dependency, the impact of social media on self-esteem, the mental health effects of climate change, and the integration of AI in therapeutic practices demand a multifaceted approach. By bringing together experts from these diverse fields, the conference aims to explore the latest research, share cross-disciplinary knowledge, and develop holistic, innovative solutions to mental health challenges. This event is essential in breaking down the silos that often exist between disciplines, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a broader understanding of mental well-being that can better address the needs of individuals and communities in today’s rapidly changing world. Through such a collaborative platform, the conference aims to redefine mental health care and promote a more integrated, proactive, and socially attuned approach to mental health issues.
